It provides a transparent and objective way to look at our leadership and strategic planning perspective, as well as human resources and processes as a road map in route to even higher levels of success in patient care and healthy community goals. I want to thank all of our providers and staff for your daily efforts that helped us reach the first level of achievement of the Challenge Award.”

The award was founded by Arkansas business leaders as a way to recognize companies reaching for the highest standards in their products, services and processes with the goal of performance excellence. By submitting an organizational profile, SSRH successfully demonstrated the mission, vision, values and core competencies which capture the commitment to excellent customer service, culture of quality and safety and being a great place to work.
