The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for Airport Booster Station Upgrades until 2:00 pm CST September 25, 2019 at City Hall, 400 N Broadway, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Bids may be hand delivered to said address or mailed to P.O. Box 80, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.  The envelope(s) shall be marked as follows: One (1) “Sealed Bid Enclosed – (Airport Booster Station Upgrades). The sealed bids must be received by City Hall prior to the above date and time. The sealed bids are based upon the following options:


Scope of Work:



The scope of work includes contractor installing all components of the Airport Booster Station Upgrades.


All interested parties may obtain complete bid specifications from Josh Napier, Water Superintendent, at the address listed above upon the payment of twenty dollars ($20).  Electronic files may be obtained in PDF format at no cost by emailing a request to This email address is being protected from spambots. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for all interested bidders on August 28, 2019 at 2:00 pm, in the Board Room at City Hall, 400 N Broadway.  All interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend.


In order to perform public work, the successful Bidder shall, as applicable, hold such Contractor's and Business Licenses as required by Arkansas State statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board. 


The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is in the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not to exceed 90 days from the bid opening date.
