FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES... * IN OKLAHOMA... WASHINGTON... OSAGE... CRAIG... NOWATA... PAWNEE... OTTAWA... TULSA... ROGERS... MAYES AND DELAWARE. IN ARKANSAS... BENTON AND CARROLL.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER... * COLDER AIR WILL BEGIN TO MOVE INTO NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA THIS EVENING WITH PRECIPITATION TRANSITIONING TO SNOW ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA BY LATE EVENING. AREAS OF SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA OVERNIGHT... MOVING INTO NORTHWEST ARKANSAS SUNDAY MORNING. THE WINTRY PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO SHIFT NORTHEAST OF THE AREA AROUND MID DAY SUNDAY.

* 1 TO 3 INCH SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED BY SUNDAY MORNING MAINLY NORTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 412... WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS... PRIMARILY NEAR THE OKLAHOMA... KANSAS BORDER. STRONG GUSTY NORTH WINDS UP TO 30 MPH WILL CREATE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

IMPACTS... * ROADS IN THE ADVISORY AREA MAY BECOME SLICK AND HAZARDOUS... ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES AND NON-TREATED SURFACES.
