Winter weather advisory remains in effect until 6 pm cst this evening,
A winter weather advisory is in effect, For the following counties, in Oklahoma, Delaware, cherokee, adair, pittsburg, sequoyah, mcintosh, muskogee, le flore, latimer and haskell.

In Arkansas, benton, sebastian, Washington, carroll, madison, franklin and crawford.

Hazardous weather, a band of moderate snow will continue to move east into far eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas this afternoon. A half inch to inch of snow accumulation is expected, which could collect on some roadways.

Snow and ice accumulation expected.

Impacts, roads in the advisory area may become slick and hazardous, especially on bridges and overpasses and non-treated surfaces.

Precautionary/preparedness actions, use extra caution if driving. Attempt to stay on treated roadways. Expect travel delays.
