...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND FAR NORTHWEST ARKANSAS... ...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills from -5 to -10 degrees are expected. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

* WHERE...Portions of far northwest Arkansas and far northeast Oklahoma. * WHEN...Through 4 PM this afternoon.
