* IN OKLAHOMA... WASHINGTON... ADAIR... CRAIG... NOWATA... OTTAWA... DELAWARE AND OSAGE.

IN ARKANSAS... BENTON... WASHINGTON... CARROLL AND MADISON.
 
HAZARDOUS WEATHER... * A COLD AIR MASS COMBINED WITH CLEAR SKIES AND LITTLE OR NO WIND WILL RESULT IN SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS LATE THURSDAY NIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
 
IMPACTS... * THESE CONDITIONS COULD KILL PLANTS AND AND OTHER TENDER VEGETATION THAT ARE LEFT OUTDOORS UNPROTECTED.
