The NWS in tulsa has issued a freeze warning, which is in effect from 1 am to 9 am cdt Thursday, For the following counties, In Oklahoma, adair.

In Arkansas, carroll, benton, Washington and madison.

Hazardous weather, overnight low temperatures will fall into the upper 20s to lower 30s.

Impacts, these conditions will kill plants and other tender vegetation that are left outdoors or
unprotected.
