DELAWARE COUNTY ELECTION BOARD 11/28/11 Candidates for municipal office in the Town of Bernice file Declarations of Candidacy beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 5, 2011. Dixie Smith, Secretary of the County Election Board, said the filing period ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Declarations of Candidacy will be accepted at the County Election Board Office at 225 S 5th Street in Jay for the indicated office for the following municipality: Town of Bernice – Board of Trustees • Ward 4 Trustee – unexpired 4 year term The municipal office in the Town of Bernice will be filled in the Special Election scheduled February 14, 2012.
