Susan Boyle took second place in the final episode Saturday of  Britain’s Got Talent.  In her final performance on the reality show she sang "I Dreamed A Dream".  Even though her delivery was applauded by the judges, Susan Boyle was beat out by a dance group named Diversity.

Of course this may have been due to Susan Boyle’s meltdown this past week where the stress was getting to her and she had some few choice words to say to some people in a hotel including some police officers.

Susan Boyle was hospitalized in the Priory Clinic after her defeat Saturday on Britain’s Got Talent. Susan Boyle checked herself into the Priory Clinic at the advice of her doctor. She is suffering from exhaustion after this world wind ordeal where she was burst into stardom overnight.
